In a short form, you specify the address to be cleaned, when you want the cleaning, and what should be included (e.g., number of rooms, number of bathrooms, kitchen, windows, balcony, etc.). Verified individual cleaning professionals and cleaning companies in your area send you free quotes; you compare prices, ratings and reviews, choose the one you prefer, and confirm your reservation by paying a deposit through the platform.
Once the reservation is confirmed, phone numbers become visible to both sides and you organize the details directly between yourselves. You pay the remaining amount to the provider on the day of service.

24-hour rule: You can cancel online from your panel up to 24 hours before the reservation time. In this case, only the deposit is refundable (see the link below for terms).
With less than 24 hours remaining: cancellation/refund is evaluated according to the “Order Cancellation and Refund Policy”; in some cases no refund is made or a deduction may apply.
Post-service dissatisfaction/complaint: create a complaint/issue ticket from your panel and briefly describe the situation; add photos/examples if possible. Our support team reviews your request and works with the provider on a solution; where appropriate, a make-good visit may be arranged or the deposit refund is processed according to policy.
