Entemizi.com is a marketplace where you can easily get the cleaning service you need for your home, office, or workplace. In a short form, you specify the address to be cleaned, when you want the cleaning, and what should be included (e.g., number of rooms, number of bathrooms, kitchen, windows, balcony, etc.). Verified individual cleaning professionals and cleaning companies in your area send you free quotes; you compare prices, ratings and reviews, choose the one you prefer, and confirm your reservation by paying a deposit through the platform.

Once the reservation is confirmed, phone numbers become visible to both sides and you organize the details directly between yourselves. You pay the remaining amount to the provider on the day of service.

Membership is free. Registration/login is done only with a mobile phone (SMS verification).

Create a request: Choose the service type; specify the address to be cleaned, the date–time window, and what should be included (e.g., number of rooms/bathrooms, kitchen, windows, balcony, etc.). Add notes/photos if you wish.

Verify & publish: Complete SMS verification; your request becomes visible to suitable providers in your area.

Review offers: You’ll receive free quotes from verified individual professionals and cleaning companies.

Each offer shows the price, scope, estimated duration, and the remaining payment method (cash/bank transfer).

Selection & deposit: Choose a suitable provider and finalize the booking by paying the deposit via the platform with your credit card.

Confirm details: Once confirmed, phone numbers become mutually visible; coordinate details such as directions and arrival/finish times directly.

Service & remaining payment: On the service day, pay the remaining amount directly to the provider; afterwards, rate and review your experience.

When creating a request, we need details such as your full name, phone number, service address, gender and year of birth. You must be 18 or older to create a service request.

During the quote-collection stage, only the following are shared with service providers: your name, age, gender, and the city/district/neighborhood part of your address.

After you purchase the service, your mobile phone number is shared with the selected provider; likewise, you can access the provider’s contact details. These details are visible from the start of the order until it ends. Before that, no one can see your phone number or similar contact information.

Under the site’s terms of use, customers and providers may use this information only to perform the service; they may not build contact lists, share it with third parties without permission, or use it for any other purpose. Your data are stored securely on the platform.

On Entemizi.com there are two types of providers: individual cleaning professionals and cleaning companies. To be allowed to offer services, applicants have their identity/business information verified, basic eligibility checks are performed, and their profile clearly states which services they provide and under what conditions (e.g., home/office cleaning, carpet/sofa cleaning, roller-blind cleaning, etc.). Company details are required for firms; ID and contact verification are required for individual professionals.

When you create a request, you receive free quotes from verified providers in your area. For each provider you can see the rating, reviews, number of completed jobs, and any verification/company badges. This lets you compare price, customer satisfaction, and scope of service to choose the best fit. After you make your choice, you confirm the reservation by paying a deposit via the platform, and you pay the remaining amount directly to the provider on the service day.

24-hour rule: You can cancel online from your panel up to 24 hours before the reservation time. In this case, only the deposit is refundable (see the link below for terms).

With less than 24 hours remaining: cancellation/refund is evaluated according to the “Order Cancellation and Refund Policy”; in some cases no refund is made or a deduction may apply.

Post-service dissatisfaction/complaint: create a complaint/issue ticket from your panel and briefly describe the situation; add photos/examples if possible. Our support team reviews your request and works with the provider on a solution; where appropriate, a make-good visit may be arranged or the deposit refund is processed according to policy.

Important note: Only the deposit can be refunded via the platform. The remaining balance is paid directly to the provider on the service day and is not covered by the platform’s refund scope.

Note: The platform only collects the deposit; the remaining amount is settled between you and the provider and is outside the platform’s scope.
